Chai was the Dental Hygienist who did a special deep cleaning of my teeth. Chau was very professional and concerned with insuring me that she would keep me comfortable during the procedure. She explained what she would be doing during the procedure and asked if I had any questions before beginning. Everything seemed to go smoothly and she frequently asked me if I was ok. I felt no discomfort and at one point I was concerned that maybe she wasn’t being as firm as she needed to be, but before she finished, she said there were some places where she would need to apply more pressure; which she did and I could tell she was definitely removing some additional tarter from some areas. So she was being as gentle as possible, but when she needed to apply more pressure, she did her job. This is five hours later and the numbness has worn off and I have almost no discomfort. I am very happy with the job done by Chau. William

I had a standard cleaning with their new dental hygienist, Chau Tran. She was very kind, attentive & personable! She did a great job cleaning my teeth & making sure I was comfortable. I'm in school to become a hygienist myself; she gave me some advice for dental hygiene school and even offered to be a patient of mine when I start clinicals.
